We offer FREE standard via Australia Post within the Australia Post postal network only. Items can take anywhere up to 10 days for delivery Australia-wide.

Express Post services are highly recommended if you require you item by a certain date. All Express Post services are extra and can be chosen at check-out. We aim to send all packages the same day, or at least within 24 hours of your order.

Please check Australia Posts website to see how long your item will take, as areas outside of their next day delivery metro network can take extra time to reach you. We use a mixture of AusPost and Couriers depending on where, within Australia, your item is to be sent.

Returns & Warranty

KISA offers a generous returns policy of up to 30 days from the date of sale.

All items are covered by a standard 12 months manufacturers warranty. In the unlikely event of a faulty product, please contact us directly for return details through eBay’s "Ask Seller a Question" or via our website.

Change of mind? Items purchased within 30 days can be returned and we will refund you the item cost, minus initial postage and any non-refundable merchant fee’s. Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.
